Every product is made fresh when you order — no inventory, no warehouse backlog. Here's the flow:

1. You order at blendedwithlove.com and pay securely via Stripe.

2. We print. Your design is sent to our print partner who produces your item in 3–5 business days.

3. Quality check. Each piece is inspected before it's packed.

4. It ships. You get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

No waste, no sitting in a warehouse. Just made for you.

Our designs blend two country flags into a beautiful unified composition — a visual celebration of your unique story together. During checkout, you select your two countries and the flag fusion is generated for those specific flags.

You can choose:

• Product type — t-shirt, hoodie, mug, etc.

• Size — see the size guide below

• Color — varies by product type

Custom text, specific flag placement, or design modifications are not currently available. We're exploring more customization options in the future.

Our t-shirts run true to size. Hoodies are slightly relaxed. When in doubt, size up — our tees have a modern fit and aren't oversized.

Check the size chart on each product page for chest width, total length, and sleeve measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend the larger size for comfort.

All measurements are in inches. Lay a similar shirt flat and compare, or measure a shirt you already own that fits well.

Current styles are available up to 3XL. We're evaluating adding extended sizes based on demand. If you need a specific size that's not available, email us at blendedwithlove@polsia.app and we'll note your interest.

Production: 3–5 business days after your order is placed.

Shipping:

• US domestic: 5–10 business days after production (most orders arrive in 7–10 days total)

• Canada: 7–15 business days

• UK, EU, Australia: 10–18 business days

• Asia & Latin America: 12–21 business days

You receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Customs clearance for international orders can add 2–5 business days beyond the estimated shipping window.

You'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number (format: LWB-XXXXXXX). Once your order ships, we'll email a tracking number with a direct link to the carrier's tracking page.

You can also track any order using our order tracking page — just enter your order number and email address.

Not at this time. All orders are produced and shipped via standard international postal and courier services. The print-on-demand model means every item is made specifically for you, which is why production takes 3–5 days before shipping begins.

We ship to: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Australia, Japan, Mexico, India, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, South Korea, Singapore, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Brazil.

We don't ship to countries not on this list due to logistics constraints. If you're unsure whether your country is supported, contact us before ordering.

Yes. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These fees are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

We declare the actual order value on all international customs forms. We cannot mark orders as gifts or reduce declared values — this is illegal.

If an order is refused at customs or returned to us, we can reship it for the cost of new shipping — but we cannot refund orders seized or abandoned at customs.

Not at this time. Our print partner has established shipping lanes to specific countries for reliable delivery. If your country isn't listed, we're unable to fulfill the order.

If you believe there's an error in our country coverage, email blendedwithlove@polsia.app and we'll look into it.

30-day return window from the date your order was delivered. Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

• In original condition with all tags attached

• In original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)

Exchanges are available for a different size of the same item. Contact us first — we don't accept exchange requests without prior communication.

What cannot be returned: Personalized or custom-designed items unless they arrived damaged or defective.

To start a return, email blendedwithlove@polsia.app with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• 2–3 photos of the damage or the wrong item received

• A brief description

We'll arrange a replacement at no cost, or issue a full refund. We don't ask you to return damaged items. Email blendedwithlove@polsia.app with "Damaged Order" in the subject line.

Once we confirm your return is eligible, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days after that, depending on your bank or card issuer.
